Dr Ingra Du Buisson-Narsai
Ingra is the co-founder and Director of NeuroCapital Coaching and Consulting, which consults with some of South Africa’s leading and most admired companies. She is an award-winning Organisational Psychologist in private practice.
She has 20 years of executive-level experience in corporate South Africa, including the Group HR Director (Famous Brands Ltd), HR executive (Aegis Insurance/RMBH Group), and HR Director (Bytes Technology). Ingra’s unique skills lie in being a catalyst for change and creating breakthrough Organisational behaviour solutions using neuroscience-based diagnostics. Ingra is also an established leadership and executive coach.
Ingra’s academic qualifications include a master’s degree (Organisational Psychology), PGCNL, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Neuroscience: professional practice. She also holds a PhD in Organisational Neuroscience, focusing on conceptualising neuroscience-based leadership behaviour (NSBL).
Ingra is the author of the book Fight, Flight or Flourish: How neuroscience can unlock human potential.” She actively pursues the increasing visibility of neuroscientific methods and diagnostics in studying organisational behaviour. Ingra is the managing editor of the Journal of Applied Organisational Neuroscience, a journal dedicated to advancing applied neurosciences. Through her involvement in the Global Institute of Organisational Neuroscience (GION), Ingra actively promotes a neuroscience community of practice.
