Conference Papers
We welcome short-form papers (1000–2000 words, excluding references) developed from presentations delivered at conferences on topics related to coaching, mentoring, leadership, or related helping professions.
Conference Papers should present concise scholarly contributions that extend, deepen, or further develop ideas arising from the original conference presentation. Submissions should move beyond descriptive accounts of the session itself and stand as distinct written contributions.
Papers may be conceptual, research-informed, reflective, practice-based, or theoretically grounded, but are expected to present a clear and coherent line of thinking, argument, reflection, or insight relevant to ethical practice and inquiry.

The main body of the paper should present a clear and coherent scholarly contribution developed from the conference presentation.
Conference Papers are expected to extend, deepen, or further develop the ideas presented during the session and should stand as distinct written contributions rather than descriptive accounts, transcripts, or summaries of the original presentation.
Papers should present a clear line of thinking, argument, reflection, or insight and engage, where appropriate, with relevant theory, literature, research, frameworks, and/or professional practice.
Authors may structure the paper in a manner appropriate to the nature of the contribution. However, papers are generally expected to:
- introduce and frame the central issue, question, or area of inquiry
- develop and articulate the core ideas, argument, reflections, or propositions arising from the presentation
- engage, where appropriate, with relevant literature, theory, frameworks, research, and/or professional perspectives
- consider implications for ethical practice, professional inquiry, or further discussion where relevant
Headings and subheadings may be used as appropriate.
Conclusion
Summarise the key contribution of the paper and its relevance for professional practice, ethical inquiry, and/or further scholarly discussion.
